For questions about your deposits or questions about withdrawals from your account, please reach out to your processor.

If you do not remember who your processor is, please feel free to reach out to us, we can help you identify who your processor is so that you can get a hold of them.

If you are having issues with a particular transaction, or you are receiving multiple declines, please reach out to your processor for information on why this is happening. Usually it is a problem with the card, however the processor can tell you what the error code is.

Do you need to change your address, ownership, EIN #, business name, DBA name or change your bank account that you are depositing into? Please kindly reach out to your processor to make this change. 

Note: If you need to change the address for receipts from SurChoice, please click settings and receipt information, changes will be saved.

Do you have questions about a line item on your monthly statement? Or do you need to request paper statements? Please reach out to your processor directly and they will be able to advise on this.

Your processor can provide direct access to their virtual terminal where you can run transactions, process refunds and look up transaction history longer than SurChoice provides. SurChoice limits transaction sizes, forced refunds and does not keep a history longer than 90 days for security reasons. Please reach out to your processor directly for access to their virtual terminal.

 

*Note: When running transactions through the virtual terminal, it is advised not to implanted the surcharge feature as compliance actions are not automatically performed. Automatic surcharge compliance is only offered through the SurChoice platform.
